Behavioral Insight
Behavioral Insight is a way to understand how people act and make choices when they interact with products, spaces, or services. In Experience Research, Behavioral Insight helps designers see small patterns in what people do, like where they pause, what catches their eye, or how they move through a space. This information comes from watching real actions, not only from what people say in surveys. Designers use these findings to make things that feel natural and easy to use, because the design matches what people really do. For example, noticing that people often touch a certain part of a display can lead to putting important information there. Behavioral Insight gives designers real clues about what works best for people in real situations.
