237 Meter High Altitude Home Residence

237 Meter High Altitude Home Residence

237 Meter High Altitude Home Residence is an exceptional architectural achievement located in the central business district of Qianjiang, Hangzhou, representing a pinnacle of luxury residential design at an impressive elevation of 237 meters. This distinguished residential space, spanning 300 square meters, features a revolutionary 270-degree semi-arch structure that provides panoramic views of the cityscape, including vistas of the historic West Lake. The interior design, conceptualized and owned by fashion designer Larry Pan, showcases a harmonious blend of contemporary aesthetics and Eastern philosophy, utilizing natural materials such as logs, rocks, and white apricot finishes to create a sophisticated living environment. The residence incorporates thoughtfully designed spaces including a master bedroom, dining room, living room, home office, and entertainment areas, each crafted with distinct themes while maintaining cohesive design elements through arc-shaped features and spherical furniture selections. The innovative layout ensures each guest room is equipped with private bathrooms and unobstructed views, while the careful consideration of lighting throughout the day enhances the spatial experience. This Bronze A' Design Award-winning project, completed in October 2020, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in its material selection, with features such as custom wall finishing created from entire trees, and a sophisticated interplay of concave and convex textures against an off-white color scheme that creates a serene, contemporary atmosphere.
