100 Years ME Elecmetal Corporate Event is an innovative corporate event design that masterfully commemorated a century of industrial heritage through a sophisticated three-phase spatial experience, created by Chilean design studio led by Agustin Quiroga Pedro Castro. This Iron A' Design Award-winning project, executed in 2017, transformed a 1,200-square-meter space into an immersive journey through time, utilizing advanced audiovisual technology and thoughtful spatial design. The experience was strategically divided into three distinct zones: a welcoming area featuring a large-scale historical timeline that provided context for the celebration, a central space equipped with 360-degree projections powered by eight Christie 20k projectors showcasing technological innovations and key milestones, and a concealed final area that delivered a dramatic musical finale combining classical and electronic elements. The design concept drew inspiration from industrial elements such as grinding balls, smelting furnaces, and crushing mills, abstracting these forms into a cohesive visual language that guided the entire experience. The sophisticated integration of lighting, sound, and projection mapping technology created a multi-sensory environment that effectively condensed 100 years of industrial achievement into a compelling two-hour narrative, earning recognition at the prestigious A' Design Award competition for its innovative approach to event design and spatial communication.
