Zeytinburnu Sales Office Sales Office

Zeytinburnu Sales Office Sales Office is an innovative architectural project that exemplifies the harmonious integration of natural elements with contemporary design principles, distinguished by its distinctive wave-inspired shell structure. Located near the coastal area, this 950-square-meter facility masterfully incorporates maritime influences through its undulating exterior form and thoughtfully designed interior spaces. The building's most striking feature is its unique shell design, which draws inspiration from ocean waves and incorporates strategic perforations reminiscent of stars reflecting on the sea at night, facilitating natural light penetration throughout the interior spaces. The structure employs sophisticated materials including specialized sheet metals and transparent glass silicon walls, while the interior showcases mink-colored amorphous lacquer panels complemented by metallic accents. The spatial organization follows a gradually narrowing progression, beginning with a dedicated bank entrance and flowing through wave-effect walls that guide visitors toward the show flat area. The design incorporates a strategically placed café section and culminates in a sales and model area, with a mezzanine level accommodating auxiliary office functions. This exceptional architectural achievement, which won the Golden A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building and Structure Design category, demonstrates remarkable innovation in its approach to creating an integrated experiential space that maintains visitor engagement throughout the entire journey through the building.
