Zest Lifestyle Cafe Cafe

Zest Lifestyle Cafe Cafe

Zest Lifestyle Cafe Cafe is an innovative hospitality design concept that seamlessly integrates multiple experiential elements into a sophisticated 700-square-meter space, representing a fresh interpretation of contemporary cafe culture. This multifaceted establishment, designed by Henry Chebaane, draws inspiration from the vibrant aesthetics of Miami's South Beach and Sydney's Bondi Beach, harmoniously blended with influences from the subtropical citrus groves of Lenkaran, Azerbaijan. The space is distinguished by its remarkable ceiling art installation, featuring 101 globes and 2,500 translucent rods in yellow, orange, and lime hues, creating a dynamic visual experience through sophisticated DMX lighting controls. The design successfully addresses the challenge of transforming a high-volume breakfast venue into an intimate dining destination, employing a thoughtfully curated palette of pale oak, white marble, linen Corian, and polished stainless steel, punctuated by vivid citrus accents. The establishment encompasses diverse functional zones, including a flower atelier, curated book collection, fragrance section, urban vinyl art display, coffee bar, patisserie, salad pantry, and pizza oven, all unified under a cohesive design narrative. The culinary offering reflects a modern Mediterranean influence, incorporating elements from Turkish, Lebanese, Greek, Spanish, and Sicilian cuisines, with an emphasis on health-conscious dining. This innovative design earned recognition with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its exceptional contribution to contemporary hospitality design through its sophisticated integration of art, retail, and dining experiences.
