Created by designer Dmitry Pogorelov, this sophisticated wall clock features a distinctive semi-torus carbon fiber body complemented by a titanium frame, representing a deliberate departure from traditional clock aesthetics. The design's most striking feature is its minimalist face with precision-engineered light holes for LED time display, eliminating the need for conventional clock hands and creating an elegant interplay between light and shadow. The clock's construction employs three-ply twill carbon fabric formed through infusion technology, while the titanium framework is precisely crafted using spark-erosion cutting techniques. The innovative time display system utilizes alternating illumination for hours and minutes, controlled by an integrated computer system, while an ambient light sensor automatically adjusts the display's brightness according to environmental conditions. This Gold A' Design Award-winning creation, recognized in the Home Appliances Design category, measures 406.4 millimeters in outer diameter with an inner diameter of 210 millimeters and a depth of 80 millimeters. The design's technical sophistication is evident in its carefully calculated light hole dimensions of 0.8 millimeters, engineered specifically for optimal viewing angles and light reflection.
