Yujing Garden Private Residence Private Residence

Yujing Garden Private Residence Private Residence is an exemplary architectural interior design project completed in 2018, showcasing a harmonious blend of modern aesthetics and functional living spaces across 550 square meters in Dongguan, Guangdong. The residence's design philosophy emphasizes a return to life's fundamental aesthetics, employing a sophisticated Giorgio Morandi-inspired color palette featuring pale blue, light pink, and oatmeal tones to create an atmosphere of pure, free, warm, and comfortable living. The interior architecture demonstrates exceptional spatial planning, particularly evident in its semi-open dining room design that accommodates both Chinese and Western dining customs through customized integrated cabinets and seamless spatial flow. The second floor incorporates a thoughtfully designed recreation area, concealed behind pale blue shelving and accessed via a winding corridor, featuring an L-shaped sofa arrangement and carefully selected furnishings that promote family interaction. The design's approach deliberately moves away from traditional luxury villa stereotypes, instead focusing on contemporary aesthetic values and practical functionality while maintaining an elegant simplicity. This innovative residential project, which won the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2019, successfully integrates the tranquility of its natural surroundings with modern living requirements, creating spaces that reflect the residents' ideals while prioritizing both aesthetic excellence and practical functionality.
