Yueshan Lake Villa Residence

Yueshan Lake Villa Residence

Yueshan Lake Villa Residence is an exemplary architectural masterpiece located in Guiyang city, Guizhou province, China, showcasing a harmonious integration of contemporary design with natural surroundings. This sophisticated residential project, designed by Yinling Qian, encompasses 1200 square meters of indoor space and 1600 square meters of landscaped area, demonstrating exceptional achievement in sustainable housing and natural symbiotic design principles. The villa's distinctive architecture features a progressive stepped design that maximizes natural lighting and ventilation, while its facade combines volcanic stone and outdoor wood grille elements to create a compelling interplay of textures and surfaces. The interior spaces are thoughtfully arranged across multiple levels, with the first floor and semi-underground level dedicated to communal activities, while upper floors house private spaces including master bedroom, study, and fitness areas. The design excellence of this project was recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its innovative approach to spatial organization and material selection. The residence's most notable features include panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering lake views, sophisticated FLOS ring combination lighting installations, and carefully curated artistic elements throughout the space. The project, completed in 2019 after three years of meticulous development, exemplifies the successful marriage of modern architectural principles with environmental consciousness, creating a living space that seamlessly connects with its natural surroundings while maintaining the highest standards of luxury and functionality.
