Youoy Floor Tile

Youoy Floor Tile

Youoy Floor Tile is an innovative multifunctional flooring solution that seamlessly merges traditional Chinese aesthetics with contemporary design principles, crafted from stone plastic composite (SPC) material. The design features a distinctive splash-ink landscape painting as its underpainting, harmoniously combined with gray shadow wood patterns and modern geometric shapes, creating a unique visual aesthetic that pays homage to Chinese cultural heritage. This sophisticated flooring system, which earned recognition with an Iron A' Design Award in the Building Materials and Construction Components Design category, incorporates a five-layer construction utilizing high-temperature and high-pressure technology, ensuring superior quality and performance characteristics. The design's innovative features include a UV coating with strengthening treatment for enhanced stain and wear resistance, with the wear-resistant layer available in three thicknesses: 0.15mm, 0.3mm, and 0.5mm, achieving up to 26,000 revolutions in durability testing. The tile's surface design draws inspiration from deconstructed Chinese character strokes and employs an ancient mortise and tenon connection system, reflecting a thoughtful balance between cultural symbolism and practical functionality. The product demonstrates exceptional technical specifications, including 100% waterproof properties, an antibacterial surface with a 99.9% effectiveness rate against staphylococcus aureus, and a B1-level fire protection coefficient. The design incorporates seasonal color themes and geometric abstractions representing natural elements, making it particularly suitable for high-humidity environments while maintaining its aesthetic appeal and practical durability.
