The design's distinguishing feature lies in its innovative dual functionality, where the decorative elements adorning the box cover - inspired by flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and cicadas - can be detached and worn as elegant brooches. These motifs were specifically chosen for their deep cultural symbolism relating to love and relationships in Chinese tradition, with flowers representing femininity, butterflies symbolizing free love, dragonflies embodying romantic devotion, and cicadas representing passionate pursuit. The piece is meticulously crafted using S925 Silver drawn into 0.2mm fine wire, incorporating modern techniques such as high-temperature enamel and diamond inlay to achieve its refined appearance. The production process involves complex traditional handicraft techniques, including form production, filigree weaving, welding, electroplating, and high-temperature enameling, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
