Yhousedesign Office

Yhousedesign Office is an innovative interior design workspace located in Taiwan, representing a thoughtful transformation of a 49.5-square-meter pre-owned apartment into a sophisticated professional environment. The design concept masterfully integrates the brand's philosophy of creating dream homes, evidenced through its strategic use of light, space, and materials. The office layout features an open plan with two distinct discussion areas: a wooden dining table space and a bar-style terrazzo tabletop area, both departing from conventional meeting room formats. The design employs four different types of glass partitions, creating an intricate interplay between transparency and privacy while maximizing natural light penetration throughout the space. The project's material palette includes Benjamin latex paint, system cabinets, iron components, and various glass types, all carefully selected in light tones to create an illusion of expanded space. The design team successfully transformed the former cram school space by removing existing partitions and preserving the original floor-to-ceiling windows, establishing a clean canvas for creative expression. The office's aesthetic is characterized by its fresh, relaxed atmosphere, enhanced by strategic placement of green plants and thoughtful integration of the brand's logo elements. This Bronze A' Design Award-winning project in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category demonstrates exceptional spatial planning, with particular attention to natural light utilization and the creation of a harmonious work environment that effectively communicates the brand's vision and capabilities to visiting clients.
