Yes Thai Fusion Bistro Restaurant
Yes Thai Fusion Bistro Restaurant is an innovative culinary establishment that masterfully blends contemporary design aesthetics with traditional Thai cultural elements, creating a distinctive dining environment that earned recognition with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category. The restaurant's design, conceived and executed by Hejidesign during 2019-2020, features a sophisticated entrance adorned with pure black mosaic work that serves as an elegant backdrop for the establishment's logo, which cleverly incorporates Thai linguistic elements through the curved edges of specific letters. The interior space is characterized by a minimalist black, white, and grey color scheme that reflects modern lifestyle sensibilities while emphasizing the establishment's focus on natural, wholesome dining experiences. A particularly striking feature is the innovative ceiling design, where undulating LED lighting creates a dynamic visual effect reminiscent of light dancing on Thailand's waterways. The restaurant's spatial layout includes thoughtfully designed zones, including a welcoming lounge area furnished with contemporary seating and tropical plants, while a slanted ceiling adorned with subtle tree shadow patterns creates an immersive dining experience evocative of a riverside cruise. The design successfully integrates modern architectural elements with Southeast Asian influences, featuring abstract black and white patterns that flow from floor to ceiling, enhanced by purple-tinted LED illumination. The bar area maintains the establishment's cohesive design language through its use of tropical fruit silhouettes, white surfaces, and stainless steel elements, while the overall spatial composition employs an open framework that artfully plays with light and shadow contrasts to maintain spatial vibrancy.
