This landmark development, recognized with a Golden A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design category, features a distinctive composition of five towers arranged in varying orientations above a circular podium, creating a dynamic visual representation of the traditional Lucky Cloud pattern dating back to the Zhou Dynasty. The complex encompasses a total gross floor area of 481,908.8 square meters, with its main tower reaching 266 meters in height and housing three distinct functional zones: premium office spaces, SOHO offices, and a luxury hotel. The remaining four towers, each standing at 105.7 meters, accommodate residential apartments and office spaces. The development's innovative design approach incorporates sustainable features through carefully calculated curtain wall systems and aluminum panels, creating flowing rings around the building while managing solar gain.
