Wuhan Greenland Hotel Apartment Hotel Apartment

Wuhan Greenland Hotel Apartment Hotel Apartment is a distinguished interior design project located in central China that exemplifies the harmonious integration of Eastern and Western living cultures through its sophisticated architectural and design elements. This Silver A' Design Award-winning project masterfully combines traditional Chinese aesthetic principles with contemporary design sensibilities, featuring a thoughtfully curated color palette of ash and mint green that imparts both nobility and modern sophistication to the space. The interior design concept draws inspiration from the classical Chinese theme of high mountains and flowing water, utilizing a combination of soft and rigid lines that create a philosophical dialogue between time and existence. The space incorporates traditional Oriental elements such as flowers, trees, landscape windows, gradual steps, stone trails, and courtyards, seamlessly integrated into the lobby's streamlined design. Despite being conceived as a temporary reception and display area, the project demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, employing high-quality materials including natural wood grain, elegant white surfaces, and modern block-like design techniques to achieve a quiet, elegant beauty that reflects Chinese architectural traditions. The design successfully addresses the challenge of spatial planning through its innovative layout, which creates distinct environmental zones while maintaining organic flow throughout the interior spaces. The project, completed in 2018, stands as a testament to sophisticated interior design that balances functionality with aesthetic excellence, offering a thoughtful response to material maximalism through its strategic use of negative space and refined material selection.
