White Balance
White Balance is a setting in color correction that helps make sure colors in a photo or video look natural by adjusting the image so that things meant to be white appear truly white, even if the lighting is warm or cool. Designers can use white balance to match the color temperature of the light in a scene, which can help skin tones look healthy and product colors look accurate. In digital workflows, white balance can be fine-tuned after capturing an image by using a neutral reference, like a gray card, to set a baseline for all other colors. This adjustment is important for keeping a consistent look across different shots or scenes, especially when working with mixed lighting sources.
