Wander. Office Space Office Space is an innovative interior design project completed in 2015 that reimagines traditional workplace dynamics through thoughtful spatial planning and human-centric design principles. Located in Taipei, Taiwan, this revolutionary office environment transforms a 45-year-old building into a contemporary workspace that prioritizes employee wellbeing and interpersonal connections. The design philosophy centers on creating a stress-free atmosphere that challenges conventional office paradigms by introducing open layouts that foster face-to-face communication in an era dominated by virtual interactions. Despite structural challenges including water leakage and non-linear walls, the space was masterfully renovated to embody a relaxed, collaborative environment. The design's distinctive approach treats the workplace as a playful, engaging environment rather than a conventional office, effectively breaking down invisible barriers between colleagues through its open-plan configuration. This Bronze A' Design Award-winning project in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category demonstrates exceptional innovation in workplace design through its focus on human interaction and emotional wellbeing. The space successfully balances professional functionality with comfortable aesthetics, creating an environment that minimizes work-related tension while maximizing productivity and interpersonal engagement. The project represents a significant departure from traditional office design paradigms, emphasizing the importance of creating spaces that support both professional objectives and human connection.
