Voyage Group Offices Office is an innovative workplace design project completed in 2019, exemplifying contemporary approaches to corporate space planning and cultural integration. This sophisticated office environment, spanning 5,000 square meters across three floors (15th to 17th), represents a significant achievement in Activity Based Working (ABW) implementation, where spatial design directly supports organizational culture and operational efficiency. The project, which earned a Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, masterfully consolidates three separate offices into a unified location, fostering enhanced productivity and stronger corporate culture through thoughtful design elements. The space features distinct zones including AJITO (an in-house bar), LAGOON (a flexible café space), OASIS (a centralized library with booths), HILL (featuring reconfigured floor levels), and BEACH (incorporating rest areas), all connected through a sophisticated design language that embodies the company's 360-degree management philosophy. Notable design features include innovative material selection, strategic lighting placement, and flexible layouts that enable seamless transitions between different work modes. Approximately 3,000 square meters of the total space is designated as variable area, allowing for remarkable adaptability to changing business needs and circumstances. The design, conceived by Norihito Narutomi and executed by a collaborative team of experts, incorporates sophisticated solutions for improving employee engagement and cultural alignment through architectural elements, while addressing modern workplace challenges such as communication enhancement and operational efficiency.
