Visions Of Future Digital Installation

Visions Of Future Digital Installation

Visions Of Future Digital Installation is an innovative interactive digital art installation that represents a groundbreaking fusion of technology and experiential design, characterized by its motion-activated interface and sophisticated real-time user interaction capabilities. This avant-garde installation employs depth-sensing camera technology to create personalized digital avatars of visitors, seamlessly integrating them into an immersive environment composed of neon lights and a distinctive fragmented screen-wall configuration. The installation's architectural design demonstrates a sophisticated minimalist aesthetic, combining various light sources including screens, lightboxes, and neon signs with industrial materials such as concrete, glass, and matte black wood finishes. Operating through a dual-server system, the installation utilizes Unity for depth map processing and Ventuz for real-time visualization, delivering high-quality content at 2880 x 1536 pixel resolution at 60 frames per second. The installation features five distinct interactive scenarios that activate randomly upon user detection, creating a continuous cycle of engagement that places the viewer at the center of a futuristic narrative. This groundbreaking work, which won the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in the Event and Happening Design category, exemplifies the innovative integration of computer vision technology, interactive design, and architectural elements to create a compelling user-centered experience that challenges traditional exhibition design paradigms.
