Villa 22 Residence

Villa 22 Residence

Villa 22 Residence is an exemplary architectural masterpiece spanning 2000 square meters across five floors, distinguished by its innovative integration of Chinese Feng Shui principles with contemporary design aesthetics. Conceived by renowned designers Kris Lin and Anda Yang, this residential project demonstrates a sophisticated understanding of spatial harmony, incorporating the natural elements of sunshine, air, and water throughout its interior spaces. The design philosophy centers on creating a poetic environment where art and nature converge, manifesting in a modern artistic conception that prioritizes both visual appeal and experiential quality. The villa's most striking feature is its magnificent atrium, which breaks traditional spatial patterns by creating a dramatic void that extends vertically through all five floors, serving as the primary visual anchor of the space. The residence encompasses a thoughtfully curated selection of functional areas, including a banquet hall, restaurant, water bar, reception hall, and private bedrooms, complemented by lifestyle amenities such as a gym, study room, video room, and entertainment facilities. This comprehensive program demonstrates exceptional space planning that maintains both independence between zones and seamless integration within the overall design scheme. The project, completed in October 2021 in Cangzhou, exemplifies excellence in interior architecture, earning recognition with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category for its outstanding achievement in spatial design, functionality, and aesthetic innovation.
