Verge32 3-Storey Bungalow

Verge32 3-Storey Bungalow is an exemplary residential architectural project that showcases the harmonious fusion of modern and classic design elements, situated atop a hillside location surrounded by verdant greenery serving as a natural buffer from urban surroundings. This sophisticated dwelling, spanning 5,183 square feet of interior space, is distinguished by its remarkable 12-foot ceiling heights across all three levels, creating an atmosphere of grandeur and spatial luxury. The interior design demonstrates meticulous attention to detail through the strategic implementation of premium materials, including carefully selected marble finishes and curated art pieces, while maintaining a balanced approach to classical architectural elements through thoughtfully proportioned profiles and moldings. The residence features a welcoming foyer adorned with an artistic wall installation, a distinctive olive-green kitchen that redefines contemporary classical aesthetics, and a master suite complete with a dedicated working area, bedchamber, and custom walk-in wardrobe. Notable design innovations include flexible furniture solutions in the guest quarters and specialized joinery work in the guest lounge bar area. The project, recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, exemplifies excellence in spatial planning, material selection, and the successful interpretation of modern classic design principles, while maintaining functionality and aesthetic sophistication throughout its carefully crafted spaces.
