V Orman Sales Office is an exemplary architectural interior design project that masterfully integrates elements of nature, luxury, and functionality within a 630-square-meter retail space. Completed in 2018, this sophisticated sales office demonstrates exceptional spatial planning through its innovative triangular layout within a rectangular building footprint, creating distinct zones for sales, waiting, and customer engagement. The design philosophy centers on creating a harmonious environment that reflects the natural surroundings while maintaining a high-end commercial atmosphere. Upon entry, visitors are greeted by a striking vertical garden and tree installation, symbolizing the project's connection to nature and establishing an immediate sense of tranquility. The interior scheme artfully combines premium materials including wood, lacquer plates, and contrasting light and dark marble flooring, enhanced by carefully selected carpeting to create warmth and comfort. The space features sophisticated metal detailing in white and gold finishes, complemented by black structural elements that define transparent spatial divisions. The design incorporates a strategic layout with a welcoming kiosk area, an inviting cafe and terrace space, and a dedicated sales department with mock-up displays. Notable design elements include elegant furniture selections in gold, black, and white, creating a sophisticated palette that reinforces the project's luxury positioning. The integration of live piano music adds an additional sensory dimension to the experience.
