Urban Grove Complex Cultural Space is an innovative architectural and landscape design project that seamlessly integrates commercial spaces with natural elements in an urban environment. Located in a bustling city center, this comprehensive development encompasses a site area of 32,217m² with a building area of 19,141m² rising to a height of 166 meters across 49 floors. The design philosophy centers on creating a harmonious connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, featuring a sophisticated landscaping approach that maintains facade visibility while ensuring accessibility for all users. The complex incorporates a central pavilion that serves as a vital connection point between above-ground and underground levels, allowing natural elements such as daylight, rain, and snow to permeate through the structure, effectively dissolving traditional boundaries between interior and exterior spaces. The commercial facilities, spanning from basement level to the third floor, accommodate 585 stores within 60,521m² of retail space. The design, recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Landscape Planning and Garden Design category, employs an efficient horizontal and vertical circulation system that considers both pedestrian and vehicular movement patterns. The project's innovative approach to urban space planning is evident in its four distinct street areas, each with unique characteristics that enhance user orientation and experience. Currently under construction with completion targeted for May 2024, this complex cultural space represents a significant advancement in integrating commercial architecture with sustainable landscape design principles.
