Unite Residence

Unite Residence

Unite Residence is an exemplary architectural renovation project that masterfully transforms a five-story residence into a harmonious living space for an extended family, demonstrating exceptional interior design sophistication and functionality. The project, which earned recognition with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, showcases a remarkable balance between traditional and contemporary design elements. The residence features a thoughtfully planned vertical layout, with the first floor incorporating a garage and public areas connected through innovative glass sliding doors that maintain transparency while ensuring practical separation of spaces. The subsequent floors are meticulously customized to accommodate different family members, culminating in a fifth-floor storage space and Buddhist hall. The design's distinctive characteristics include the implementation of sophisticated materials such as titanium panels, flat bricks, and system cabinets, all harmonized within a neutral color palette enhanced by elegant gold accents and warm lighting to create a hotel-like atmosphere. Notable design elements include a diamond-shaped dressing room and curved metallic panels that exemplify the project's commitment to combining aesthetics with functionality. The renovation successfully preserved and repurposed original materials while introducing modern amenities and spatial solutions, effectively addressing the challenge of accommodating multiple generations with diverse aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements. The project's achievement in creating a cohesive living environment is particularly evident in its open-plan layout, which facilitates smooth circulation while maintaining distinct thematic areas that reflect individual personalities within a unified whole.
