U Pro Series Professional Universal Mulcher

U Pro Series Professional Universal Mulcher is an advanced agricultural machinery design that represents a significant evolution in professional mulching equipment, featuring a robust dynamic form and versatile functionality for demanding agricultural applications. Designed by Vladimir Zagorac in Serbia, this innovative mulcher exemplifies a harmonious blend of form and function, incorporating cutting-edge technology and premium build quality. The machine's distinctive design emphasizes strength and durability through its bold geometric lines and large surfaces, while maintaining operational simplicity. Built with welded steel and protected by powder-coating and galvanization, the mulcher boasts impressive dimensions of 280 cm width, 122 cm depth, and 107 cm height, weighing 980 kg for the 250 cm working grip model. Its sophisticated engineering includes a hydraulically controlled side shift frame that can be mounted both front and rear to a tractor, featuring enhanced upper and lower side reinforcements for superior rigidity. The design incorporates innovative features such as an upgraded head-stock, a simplified belt-tightening system, and height-adjustable transmission and rotor components. The working height can be precisely adjusted from 3 to 12 cm in 4 increments via skids and roller system, while the in-line skids prevent grass collection, optimizing operational efficiency. This professional-grade agricultural tool, which received the Silver A' Design Award in the Agricultural Tools, Farming Equipment and Machinery Design category, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in its structural elements, combining practical functionality with aesthetic excellence through its clean lines and concealed joins that convey orderliness and discipline.
