Transparent Opaque High Tech Office Premises is an innovative architectural interior design project that exemplifies the harmonious integration of contemporary workspace design with residential comfort, spanning 4,000 square meters across two levels and accommodating 400 employees. This Bronze A' Design Award-winning project masterfully employs a sophisticated interplay of transparency and opacity through its distinctive use of semi-transparent conference rooms, glass partitions, and patterned felt cloth screens, creating a dynamic balance between open and closed spaces. The design philosophy centers on transforming a vast, naturally illuminated space into an intimate work environment, achieved through a carefully curated color scheme of smoked pastel tones that extends throughout the upholstery, carpets, wall treatments, and graphics. The layout incorporates an innovative 'neighborhood environment' concept, featuring an open workspace punctuated by strategically placed semi-transparent meeting rooms, while public areas are thoughtfully designed to emulate modern home comfort through fully equipped kitchenettes, living rooms, game rooms, and washrooms. The project's distinctive characteristics include its 5-meter-high polygonal-shaped levels, centrally positioned staircase that enhances inter-floor connectivity, and the implementation of sound-absorbing felt materials that serve both acoustic and aesthetic purposes.
