Toujours Belle Presentation And Sales

Toujours Belle Presentation and Sales is an exemplary architectural and interior design project that represents a sophisticated fusion of classical French Empire style with contemporary design elements, realized as a prestigious sales center in Zhengzhou, China. The project, which garnered the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, encompasses approximately 2.9 million square meters of comprehensive community development, featuring a masterfully executed interior space that draws inspiration from Napoleon's Empire style architecture. The design philosophy manifests through palatial spaces, domed ceilings, and stately marble colonnades, where neoclassical motifs are thoughtfully integrated into the grand ceiling glass dome, window designs, railings, and screens. The interior space, spanning 2,816 square meters with ceiling heights ranging from 4 to 16.4 meters, showcases an exceptional material palette including rare stones, leather, mirrors, and precious metals, creating a harmonious balance between aristocratic refinement and modern luxury. The color scheme, dominated by white, gray, and beige tones, exudes both classical elegance and contemporary sophistication. The project's architectural highlight features a magnificent glass vault above the site model area, which replaced the original flat glass roof design to enhance the overall aesthetic coherence. Completed in October 2015 after a comprehensive 14-month development period, the design successfully integrates areas for international business, creative culture venues, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and a theme park, establishing new standards in comprehensive community development. The project's innovative approach to space utilization, combined with its meticulous attention to detail and cultural sensitivity, demonstrates exceptional achievement in interior space design, as recognized by the A' Design Award.
