Topfung Group Head Office is an exemplary architectural and interior design project that masterfully integrates traditional Chinese cultural elements with modern office functionality, completed in 2018 in Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province. This sophisticated headquarters complex encompasses 2,019 square meters, thoughtfully divided into 1,337 square meters of office space, 173 square meters of club area, and 509 square meters of outdoor garden space. The design concept revolves around the philosophical theme of Confucian Merchants Zen Heart, drawing inspiration from three essential elements: cloud, water, and lotus, which symbolize the harmony between business acumen and spiritual tranquility. The interior design showcases an exceptional blend of premium materials, including Ascott ash, Perth high ash, and cloud ash stone finishes, complemented by luxurious wood elements such as teak and rosewood in cabinets, door covers, and decorative screens. The space features sophisticated champagne gold and bronze brushed stainless steel accents, while carefully curated ceramic art, tea sets, and ornamental pieces further enhance the cultural authenticity. The project, which won an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates remarkable innovation in its structural modifications, including civil construction expansion and waterproof construction treatment, successfully increasing the effective office area while creating a rich landscape in the outdoor spaces. The design philosophy emphasizes the balance between professional functionality and cultural heritage, creating an environment that embodies the principles of traditional Chinese business wisdom while meeting contemporary corporate needs.
