TIMES BUND CLUBHOUSE Club House is an innovative architectural masterpiece that seamlessly integrates multiple functions within a sophisticated 4,000-square-meter space in Guangzhou, China. This multifunctional facility represents a groundbreaking approach to contemporary spatial design, combining a sales center, club amenities, and fitness facilities across three distinct levels. The architectural composition employs advanced geometric modeling and three-dimensional design principles to transcend traditional horizontal and vertical spatial constraints. The ground floor serves as a sophisticated sales center complemented by a bar and versatile conference facilities, while the second floor is dedicated to executive sales offices. The basement level houses an extensive fitness club featuring a themed swimming center with an artistically conceived wave-pattern ceiling designed to harmonize with the building's angular roof structure, alongside comprehensive athletic facilities including a gymnasium, dance studio, and basketball court. The interior design showcases an exceptional material palette including notch wood, various exotic veneers, fluor-carbon paint finishes, premium stone selections such as Venus Beige and Volakas marble, and sophisticated elements like horsehair fabric and carbon-colored wiredrawing stainless steel. A sculptural flowing staircase serves as both a functional vertical connector and an artistic centerpiece, creating a dynamic visual journey through the space. This project, which earned the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design, exemplifies excellence in spatial innovation, material selection, and functional integration, setting new standards for mixed-use architectural design.
