THo Temozon Residential House

THo Temozon Residential House is an exemplary residential architectural masterpiece located in the Yucatan peninsula of Mexico, completed in 2018, that harmoniously integrates art, design, and functionality across 1,100 square meters of living space set within a 3,520-square-meter property. This innovative dwelling, designed by Gerardo Rios Altamirano, winner of the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space Design category, represents a sophisticated blend of contemporary architecture with artistic sensibility, featuring distinct thematic zones that transition from organic and sensual spaces to nature-inspired areas. The residence incorporates two remarkable reinforced thermal glass domes that create dynamic light effects throughout the day while providing UV protection, alongside two self-sustainable fish ponds and an organic pool that enhances the intimate areas. The property encompasses four bedrooms, multiple foyer areas, an art and design workshop, great room, and recreational spaces, all thoughtfully arranged to inspire different emotions through carefully curated design elements. Notable technical features include high-specification intelligence systems, sustainable technology, and a unique 30-meter indoor archery and gun range with specialized climate control. The interior design scheme is divided into three main themes: eroticism and sensuality, land and nature, and modernity with retro touches, achieved through the innovative use of colored crystals in furniture design that creates captivating light projections on walls, floors, and ceilings. The residence stands as a testament to balanced architectural design, incorporating energy-saving technology, natural ventilation, and automation systems while maintaining aesthetic cohesion throughout its nine thematic spaces.
