The Treasure Of Art Interior Design
The Treasure of Art Interior Design is an exemplary interior design project completed in 2017, situated within a 25-floor mansion in the central area of Taichung City, Taiwan. This sophisticated 272-square-meter space represents a harmonious fusion of residential luxury and artistic exhibition, conceived as an exclusive members-only reception hotel surrounded by verdant parkland. The design, created by Shi-Zhe Luo, masterfully employs a T-style configuration that maximizes the dramatic views through expansive ceiling windows, while simultaneously serving as a magnificent gallery space for the client's extensive art collection. The interior's distinctive features include a striking entranceway adorned with a modern Dragon-Riding Bodhisattva sculpture, complemented by carefully curated rusty paintings that create an ingenious pathway through the space. The design philosophy embraces a refined grey-and-white color palette, enhanced by metallic wave panels and strategic recessed lighting that generates an atmosphere of sophisticated phenomenality. The living area demonstrates exceptional spatial planning, with thoughtfully positioned couches and entertainment systems that integrate the exterior cityscape as a natural extension of the interior environment. The public spaces showcase an artful combination of premium materials, including stone, metallic elements, and wood, while featuring dangling showcases, shining metal walls, and carefully curated artwork displays that transform the environment into a living gallery. The project, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, exemplifies excellence in combining functional luxury with artistic presentation, enhanced by botanical elements such as iris and Taiwan Ervatamia on the balcony that provide a seamless connection between interior refinement and natural beauty.
