The Style Villa is an award-winning residential architectural masterpiece located in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, encompassing 527 square meters of thoughtfully designed living space that harmoniously blends traditional Chinese aesthetics with contemporary comfort. This sophisticated dwelling exemplifies a profound understanding of spatial design, incorporating warm tones, natural materials, and traditional Chinese decorative elements to create an atmosphere of tranquil elegance. The design philosophy centers on the concept of mindful living, emphasizing meaningful connections among family members while providing serene spaces for peaceful existence. The villa's architectural composition demonstrates exceptional attention to natural light utilization, with strategically placed French windows that create dynamic shadow plays throughout the interior spaces. The public areas feature premium marble flooring that establishes a dignified ambiance, while the strategic placement of living spaces across multiple floors ensures optimal privacy and functionality. The underground floor houses multifunctional living areas and entertainment spaces, effectively managing acoustic considerations, while the second and third floors are dedicated to private living quarters. Designed by Zi Ying Chen, this residential project garnered international recognition with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its innovative approach to spatial planning and cultural integration. The design's sophisticated implementation of traditional Chinese furniture, including characteristic elements such as chaise lounges and rectangular wooden tea tables, alongside contemporary amenities, creates a seamless fusion of historical reverence and modern living requirements.
