The 9800mm x 12650mm x 3000mm space showcases an innovative combination of rugged exposed concrete, elegant painted trim, and carefully selected materials including glass blocks, imported decorative tiles, natural wire brush Sen veneer, and cultured stone. The design philosophy centers on creating a casual yet refined living environment, where traditional feng shui principles are respectfully incorporated through strategic screening elements at the entrance, utilizing plain white art stone and partially transparent glass tiles to maintain spatial flow while adhering to cultural considerations. The interior's material palette and architectural elements create a compelling dialogue between elegance and industrial aesthetics, particularly evident in the television wall's exposed concrete treatment with precise iron detailing.
