The Pavilia Bay Sales Office is an innovative interior design project located in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong, conceived as a world-class prestigious shipyard that revolutionizes the traditional concept of property sales galleries through immersive architectural storytelling. This 4000-square-meter space masterfully integrates maritime elements throughout its various zones, including the entrance, model zone, theatre, sales hall, virtual reality room, and show flat, creating an unprecedented experiential journey that simulates the prestigious atmosphere of yacht ownership. The design's sophisticated narrative begins with the sound of breaking waves guiding visitors through a tunnel adorned with refracted light ripples, leading to a spectacular yacht display featuring the architectural model. The interior's meticulous attention to detail is evident in its authentic nautical components, including cabin windows, propellers, and steering wheels sourced from actual shipyards and yachts. The space employs advanced technological solutions, including projection mapping and virtual reality installations, while the predominant use of white high-gloss lacquer paint ensures smooth transitions between different zones while addressing the challenge of limited natural lighting within the mall setting. The sales hall serves as the centerpiece, featuring comprehensive displays of maps, texts, and architectural models that narrate the development's story, all set against a distinctive blue carpet that emphasizes the maritime theme. This exceptional design earned the Golden A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2017, recognizing its innovative approach to spatial design and its ability to create an immersive brand experience that transcends conventional real estate marketing approaches.
