The Model House Of Jinyu Bieyuan Residential

The Model House of Jinyu Bieyuan Residential is an exemplary architectural interior design project that masterfully demonstrates the principles of minimalist Zen design philosophy, awarded with the prestigious Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category. Created by designers Sihui Wang and Jing Zhong, this residential space showcases a harmonious blend of natural materials and thoughtful spatial arrangement, emphasizing the connection between interior living spaces and the surrounding natural environment. The design employs a carefully curated material palette consisting of natural oak, natural stone, and black steel as foundational elements, creating a cohesive and serene atmosphere throughout the space. The interior's distinctive features include light-colored wooden wall panels, strategically placed green elements, and understated flooring that seamlessly integrates with the natural surroundings. The designers deliberately modified the original layout to establish an open, flowing spatial configuration while preserving the building's inherent architectural beauty. This transformation reflects the designer's philosophy that a house should serve as a sanctuary for relaxation and inner peace, effectively creating a secluded retreat rather than a conventional residence. The project's success lies in its ability to achieve spatial cohesion through minimal material usage, demonstrating exceptional expertise in material selection, functional layout design, and aesthetic appeal, which contributed to its recognition at the A' Design Award competition in 2022.
