The LandMark Luxury Mansion is an architectural masterpiece and one of Guangzhou's most distinguished residential developments, standing as a testament to innovative high-rise design and luxury living. Completed in 2016, this remarkable structure rises to an impressive height of 198 meters, comprising three harmoniously integrated towers that house 99 exclusive residential units ranging from 220 to 2000 square meters. The architectural composition breaks away from conventional rectangular residential designs prevalent in Zhujiang New Town, instead presenting an elegant, curved silhouette inspired by wheat ears growing alongside Zhujiang Park. The project, which garnered the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design category, encompasses a total architectural area of 93,225.15 square meters across 52 floors above ground and three underground levels. Its sophisticated design successfully addresses the complex challenge of balancing structural innovation with functional residential requirements, featuring a unique curving curtain wall system that creates individualized floor plans for each unit. The development's strategic location along Guangzhou's central axis provides residents with panoramic views of the city center, Zhujiang Park, and Zhujiang North Park, while its architectural form creates a visual dialogue with prominent city landmarks such as the Guangzhou West Tower and TV Tower.
