The Land of Rocks Temporary Exhibitions is an innovative architectural installation and temporary exhibition space that exemplifies the intersection of material exploration and spatial design, created by designers Weixian He and Baoyang Wei. Encompassing 180 square meters, this sophisticated exhibition space was conceived as a dynamic showcase for sintered stone products, demonstrating their versatility and aesthetic potential in contemporary architectural applications. The design philosophy centers on exploring the intricate relationship between sintered stone, urban habitation, and city life, manifesting through a semi-enclosed, semi-open structural composition that creates an immersive visitor experience. The space features a distinctive Rock flower centerpiece with graceful upward-extending curves, complemented by strategic arrangement and cut crevices that enable visual connectivity between interior and exterior spaces. The exhibition's architectural language emphasizes both rigid and flexible characteristics of sintered stone, employing symmetric and asymmetric docking techniques to create a harmonious balance between form and function. This Silver A' Design Award-winning project, recognized in the Trade Show Architecture, Interiors, and Exhibition Design category, successfully addresses the challenge of expressing brand essence through spatial design while creating an environment that facilitates professional networking and brand appreciation.
