The structure's distinctive design incorporates subversive architectural elements, utilizing container-style iron-clad buildings as its foundation while introducing complex geometric forms that create dynamic spatial divisions. The gallery's design philosophy draws inspiration from Chengdu's natural landscape, abstractly interpreting mountains, trees, and clouds through architectural forms, establishing a profound dialogue between urban architecture and nature. Notable features include a waterproof ceiling that artistically addresses the region's humid climate while symbolizing the public's aspirations, and a stone sculpture façade that creates a striking visual identity within its natural surroundings. The interior space flows seamlessly from reception to exhibition areas, offering an immersive experience that engages all five senses. The gallery's innovative use of materials and spatial arrangement demonstrates a sophisticated approach to connecting indoor and outdoor environments, while its location near Xinglong Lake, an ecological management project, further enhances its environmental significance.
