This Iron A' Design Award-winning interior design project, created by designer Nikki Ho Lk, masterfully addresses the unique challenges of modern entrepreneurial environments by incorporating a dual-segment layout that harmoniously balances public interaction zones with private working areas. The design's distinctive approach features a welcoming entrance marked by metallic green panels and strategic placement of greenery in light troughs, establishing an environment-oriented aesthetic that promotes creativity and idea exchange. The space planning demonstrates exceptional versatility through its modular design concept, where independent functional areas can be combined to create larger gathering spaces, addressing the fluid nature of start-up operations. Notable technical considerations include the careful selection of materials with low light reflectivity, matt surfaces, and anti-fingerprint properties, while incorporating thermal healing capabilities for micro-scratches to ensure long-term durability and ease of maintenance.
