The Gorgeous Land Residence

The Gorgeous Land Residence

The Gorgeous Land Residence is an innovative architectural project encompassing 4,134 square meters of meticulously designed common areas within a prestigious apartment building in Taipei, Taiwan, scheduled for completion in 2026. This sophisticated development showcases a harmonious blend of modern luxury and functional design across multiple floors, featuring a distinctive exterior clad in Samantha Blue Granite that projects stability and trustworthiness through its unique texture and color composition. The interior spaces are thoughtfully stratified to optimize circulation patterns between residents and visitors, incorporating a sophisticated lobby adorned with gray and white marble textures, complemented by innovative glow box lighting systems and metallic accents that create an atmosphere of contemporary elegance. The parking area demonstrates a contrasting design approach, utilizing dark stone elements integrated with linear canopy lighting to achieve a high-tech aesthetic. The third floor houses a VIP reception area characterized by warm wooden elements that create an immersive and welcoming environment, while the fourth floor accommodates a thoughtfully designed lounge and meeting room separated by transparent partitions, promoting both connectivity and privacy. The project, which earned a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, exemplifies excellence in spatial planning through its earthy color palette, natural material selection, and sophisticated lighting design, creating an environment that successfully balances luxury with comfort while prioritizing resident security and visitor experience.
