The Crown Of Avenue Villa Luxury Showflat

The Crown of Avenue Villa Luxury Showflat is an exemplary interior design project located in Beijing's CBD area, representing a sophisticated fusion of contemporary luxury and nautical-inspired aesthetics. This innovative residential showflat, completed in 2019 under the creative direction of David Chang, spans an impressive 1,655 square meters and features ceiling heights ranging from 2.6 to 6.5 meters. The design concept draws profound inspiration from the historical maritime expeditions of Zheng He, incorporating sophisticated ship-like architectural elements throughout the space, particularly evident in its distinctive underground entertainment area. The interior showcases a masterful combination of premium materials, including white stone, golden accents, and warm wood finishes, creating a harmonious progression of textures and tones between floors. The space configuration employs modern geometric lines interwoven with traditional Chinese design elements, such as the integration of ten thousand character lines and circular arcs in vertical sills. Notable for its versatile functionality, the property can adapt to various uses, from residential to commercial purposes, including potential conversion into high-end corporate facilities. The project's sophisticated design approach is particularly evident in its underground entertainment space, which features an innovative ship-shaped structure complete with an integrated acousto-optic system. This groundbreaking project, recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2019, demonstrates exceptional achievement in spatial planning, material selection, and innovative design implementation.
