This Silver A' Design Award-winning project, completed in 2016, encompasses a vast area of 162,488 square meters and serves as a central hub for educational and cultural activities. The architectural concept employs a sophisticated modular system that balances standardization with adaptability, featuring several smaller-scaled blocks that remain completely open yet interconnected. The design's distinctive approach to spatial organization creates a harmonious balance between independent functionality and collaborative spaces, with ground buildings strategically positioned to frame a central Main Square. The complex incorporates sustainable design elements including natural ventilation and sunshade features, while its elevated position serves as a viewing platform overlooking the surrounding landscape. The architecture reflects local cultural sensibilities through its soft and changeable facade, utilizing materials such as glass and stone to create a contemporary aesthetic that respects traditional elements. This project stands out for its innovative solution to managing complex institutional requirements while maintaining operational efficiency, achieved through a highly adaptive modular system that accommodates seven distinct main functions.
