Teorema 2.0 80 Wash Basin

Teorema 2.0 80 Wash basin is an innovative ceramic bathroom fixture that exemplifies the harmonious fusion of minimalist aesthetics and practical functionality in contemporary sanitary ware design. Distinguished by its remarkably slim profile and generous proportions, measuring 800 mm x 400 mm x 140 mm, this large-size wash basin features an exceptionally thin edge design that creates a striking visual contrast with its spacious bowl. The design represents a significant technological achievement in ceramic manufacturing, as it successfully overcomes the inherent challenges of porcelain distortion while maintaining structural integrity. Developed through extensive research and experimentation between December 2014 and February 2016, the basin's creation required specialized production methods to achieve its distinctive few-millimeter-thick edges while ensuring durability and practicality. The lay-on basin's sophisticated design philosophy emphasizes clean lines and rigorous geometric precision, making it suitable for various bathroom environments, from compact single-bathroom residences to luxurious spaces. Its technical excellence and innovative approach to ceramic craftsmanship earned recognition with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Bathroom Furniture and Sanitary Ware Design category, acknowledging its contribution to advancing bathroom fixture design through its combination of aesthetic refinement and technical innovation.
