Swivel Chair Design
A swivel chair design is a type of chair which incorporates the ability to rotate or ‘swivel’ on an axis. This mechanism usually consists of either a circular or oval shaped base with a stationary seat mounted on its top. The base is typically fitted with a series of casters or glides for easy movement across a flat surface. The design of the swivel chair has evolved over the years to include ergonomic features such as adjustable seat height and lumbar support, in addition to a variety of different material options and finishes. This type of furniture allows for increased mobility and flexibility in the workplace, allowing users to access different parts of their workspace with ease.
