Completed in November 2018, this 1,000-square-meter facility seamlessly integrates functionality with humanistic aesthetics, featuring a harmonious blend of contemporary design elements and traditional Chinese architectural principles. The space is distinguished by its innovative use of materials, combining terrazzo and wood to create an elegant, texture-rich environment that caters to both practical and aesthetic sensibilities. A notable architectural feature is the carefully designed skylight system, which orchestrates an interplay between natural and artificial lighting, creating atmospheric effects that enhance the spatial experience. The interior program includes several meticulously crafted zones: a sophisticated bar counter area furnished with Scandinavian-style elements, a thoughtfully designed property model display section, and a sunken book bar that provides an intimate setting for reading and negotiations.
