Suntory PepsiCo Office Workplace

Suntory PepsiCo Office Workplace

Suntory PepsiCo Office Workplace is an innovative interior design project that exemplifies modern workplace architecture through its thoughtful integration of cultural elements and contemporary office solutions. Located in Ho Chi Minh City, this 2,100-square-meter office space demonstrates a sophisticated approach to corporate interior design, drawing inspiration from natural water flows and traditional Vietnamese cultural motifs. The design concept, centered around the Work by the Stream theme, incorporates curved ceiling light systems and partition patterns that create a serene atmosphere within an urban setting. The workspace features a hybrid agile layout that balances traditional workstations with flexible collaboration areas, facilitating a smooth transition to modern working methodologies. Notable design elements include the integration of ancient Dong Son Drum patterns and bamboo materials, which pay homage to local heritage while supporting the company's corporate identity. The space is equipped with smart technologies, including an advanced meeting room booking system, and encompasses various functional zones designed to support different work modes, from focused individual tasks to dynamic team collaborations. This exemplary workplace design, recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, successfully combines aesthetic excellence with practical functionality, creating an environment that promotes employee well-being and productivity while maintaining strong connections to local cultural elements.
