Sunny Intl. Admin office is an innovative interior design project completed in 2017, showcasing a revolutionary approach to industrial workspace design that seamlessly integrates administrative and production areas through strategic visual connectivity. Located in the Kundli Industrial Estate, Sonipat, Haryana, India, this 400-square-meter facility spans two levels and represents a significant advancement in ready-made garment manufacturing workspace design. The project, conceived and executed by designers Devesh Bhatia and Pratyay Chakrabarti, demonstrates exceptional spatial planning by creating a visual bridge between administrative functions and production areas while maintaining necessary physical separation. The design philosophy emphasizes transparency and organizational unity, featuring a thoughtfully planned layout that begins with a spacious reception area complemented by two meeting rooms and a staircase leading to the first floor. The upper level is strategically divided into three distinct zones: executive cabins, junior staff workstations, and a product showroom, all positioned to maintain visual oversight of the production floor. The interior aesthetic combines industrial and professional elements, utilizing vitrified tile flooring, gypsum partition systems, and glass, while the ceiling features an exposed services design with dark grey paint that reinforces the industrial character. This innovative approach to workspace design, which won the Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2018, has proven particularly effective for international buyer visits, as the visual connection to the manufacturing floor instills confidence and showcases the facility's operational capabilities, ultimately contributing to enhanced business relationships and operational efficiency.
