The facade design exhibits a refined tripartite vertical composition, utilizing beige stone material and stone-effect paint, complemented by grey aluminium plate accents, creating an elegant dialogue with its surroundings. The development's environmental consciousness is evident in its incorporation of sustainable features, including energy-efficient building envelopes, advanced insulation materials, and natural ventilation systems that optimize the use of prevailing summer winds. Its privileged location near the Jing Hang Grand Canal and Liyun River enhances its unique waterfront plaza characteristics, while the commercial spaces seamlessly blend international retail offerings with recreational, culinary, and cultural experiences.
