Sunac Center Residential Landscape Residential Landscape is an innovative residential landscape design project completed in 2020, encompassing a vast area of 230,806 square meters, with 201,179 square meters dedicated to landscaping. This comprehensive landscape design masterfully integrates Low Impact Development (LID) principles with contemporary French aesthetics, creating a sustainable and luxurious living environment. The project stands out for its sophisticated approach to water management and ecological integration, featuring carefully planned waterscapes that maintain visual appeal throughout all seasons, particularly addressing the challenges of northern China's climate conditions. The design incorporates biophilic principles, seamlessly blending natural elements with architectural features to create diverse outdoor spaces that cater to various resident activities. A distinctive winding ring road system optimizes spatial flow, while more than 30 uniquely designed residential spaces offer individualized experiences within the community. The landscape architecture emphasizes human-scale design elements, incorporating features such as leisure lawns, fountain squares, children's playgrounds, and sports areas, all connected by a thoughtfully designed fitness runway system. The project, which earned recognition with an Iron A' Design Award in the Landscape Planning and Garden Design category, demonstrates exceptional innovation in sustainable landscape design through its integration of rain gardens, natural waterscape creation, and low-maintenance strategies.
