Summit Era Sales Office is an innovative architectural interior design project that exemplifies the harmonious fusion of traditional Chinese philosophy with contemporary spatial design principles. Located in Ningbo, China, this 1,310-square-meter oval-shaped property sales office represents a sophisticated interpretation of the ancient Chinese concept of round sky, square ground through its thoughtful spatial organization and aesthetic elements. The design, created by Danny Chan and awarded the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, features a distinctive curved fence wall that ingeniously conceals structural pillars while creating naturally flowing zones within the space. The centerpiece of the design is a magnificent greenhouse surrounded by integrated box seating, allowing visitors to appreciate the carefully curated indoor garden landscape. The space incorporates premium materials including champagne gold stainless steel, oak wood, and travertine stone, while the dramatic 6,600mm x 6,600mm interior dome creates an immersive environment through its 360-degree projection capabilities. The sophisticated lighting scheme, featuring circular LED chandeliers and linear uplighting, enhances the spatial experience while maintaining design coherence throughout the various functional areas, including the reception, display area, meeting spaces, wine bar, and VIP rooms. This award-winning design successfully demonstrates how thoughtful interior architecture can transform a commercial space into an engaging environment that balances functionality with aesthetic excellence, earning recognition at the A' Design Award competition for its innovative approach to spatial design and its successful integration of cultural elements with modern design sensibilities.
