Stanley Residence Residential Apartment

Stanley Residence Residential Apartment

Stanley Residence Residential Apartment is an exemplary residential design project completed in Hong Kong, showcasing a harmonious blend of modern aesthetics and functional living spaces. This 400-square-meter property, comprising 200 square meters of interior space and an additional 200-square-meter roof area, was meticulously designed to accommodate the dynamic lifestyle of a young family while maintaining a strong connection to its coastal setting. The design philosophy emphasizes clean lines and contrasting materials, creating a calm yet vibrant atmosphere that reflects the unique character of its inhabitants. Completed in March 2014 after an eleven-month development period, the residence features enlarged windows that maximize natural light and establish a seamless visual connection with the surrounding seascape. The interior architecture demonstrates exceptional spatial planning, incorporating flexibility into the layout to adapt to evolving family needs. The project, recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2016, exemplifies excellence in residential design through its thoughtful material selection, innovative use of space, and sophisticated integration with its maritime environment. The design, created by Richy Ng, successfully balances aesthetic appeal with practical functionality, featuring a distinctive roof garden that extends the living space outdoors and enhances the overall residential experience. The project's attention to detail and consideration of the natural surroundings has resulted in a living environment that transcends conventional apartment design, offering a harmonious blend of modern comfort and architectural sophistication.
